I’m currently working in Berlin, Germany as a Head of Engineering for Zalando SE. I'm an experienced tech leader in the fields of data, analytics and machine learning / artificial intelligence systems at different company sizes, especially e-commerce. I have a strong academic computer science and mathematics background and am deeply passionate about philosophy, micro- and macro- economics, markets, game theory, quantum physics, world history, anthropology, culture, and psychology.
